They say write what you know.

At 2:30 this morning I woke up and struggled to get back to sleep for about an hour — because my brain was turned on. In that hour I came up with an idea for a sitcom that just … could … fly.

That said, I've never written a sitcom or even a script, so the birthing process could be painful.
